Workflow Collaboration & Sharing

As you build workflows in brew, you’ll likely want to share your work and findings with others — adding collaborators to help build or maintain a workflow, or exposing it to individuals or groups so they can execute it and view the insights it creates. Once a workflow is saved, you have a few collaboration options.

Open a workflow you’ve created (or use “Save Copy As” to get your own copy to work with) and open its Sharing dialog from the workflow toolbar.

Workflow sharing dialog with role assignments
  • Administrator — assigned to the model creator by default; can delete the workflow and configure roles.
  • Collaborator — can update and save over the workflow.
  • Guest — can execute the workflow.

The My Groups view lets you create and manage user groups on the fly, then assign them a role above. Public Groups shows every system group available on the brew instance.
